I'm 20 weeks preggo with twins, and so far I've only noticed kicks in one spot. I'm assuming this is one baby kicking. Anyone else experience this, just one baby kicking?

Yes! It took another week before I felt kicks in 2 different locations.
And now I beg them to stop kicking so hard!! luckily both never really kick me at once..but even just one of them kicking is enough to drive me up the wall!!

You usually will feel the one closest to the cervix first. Less room and sorrt of a tighter space. I am 31 weeks and feeling both of them "go crazy" several times a day and a LOT at night. I am trying to train them to do the opposite but it doesn't seem to work.

When they both are moving my entire abdomen goes crazy (a beautiful thing). I wish they would kick constantly. I love the feeling and except when my bladder is involved or diaphragm I don't really mind at all.1st on our own missed miscarriage at 10 weeks (triploidy)

It can depend on where your placentas are. In my case I had an anterior and a posterior so the anterior placenta cushioned one of the twins kicks and it wasn't until they were bigger and the kicks got stronger that I could feel them.
Also, when you move you lull them to sleep so when you rest they will wake up and start dancing.Liz (37) DH (37)

Both my placentas are anterior so I was probably at about 24 weeks before I REALLY started to feel anything.
One of the girls seems to be sitting nearer to the surface, or something--I feel her all the time. The other girl seems to be hiding more (also during the ultrasounds! She's like houdini) and I feel her less frequently.
I'm nearly at 29 weeks now, and I'm starting to feel them BOTH a lot more.

The baby closer to my cervix I don't feel as strongly. I know he's moving around, it's just because he's behind his little brother. Baby B on the other hand...well, let's just say, he's got some moves, and isn't afraid to show em! At 32 weeks almost...I really can't complain, I love feeling my little guys, it makes me feel good!!

This was one of my BIGGEST "fears" during my twin pg. Which one was kicking/ are they kicking enough etc. After worrying for like a week my dr did a quck us and found both boys were transverse and had their feet on my right side...so it was BOTH kicking lol! Of course that changed a zillion times during pg and they ended up breech and trasverse but not to worry...i think its pretty common. Congrats on the twins!

Yes, this happens to me too! I have anterior placentas so I was told I might not feel them as much. But starting at 24 weeks that all changed.
I feel most movement on one side most of the time. When we go to ultrasounds, I understand why. The baby I feel is mostly facing out to my belly and the one I feel less is facing my back.
I was told that typically what happens is you actually are feeling both of them, but only on one side.
Now at almost 28 weeks, I have moments (mostly at night) where my whole belly giggles around, it's the best thing in the world.
I'm sure the further you get along, the more you'll feel. But if you're really concerned tell your OB, they might be able to give you an ultrasound to see how they are positioned.
