There is a boutique at a local women's hospital that sells a special twin breastfeeding pillow. I have a friend who fed her twins using that, and she gave me a gift certificate to buy one. I think it might be a twin breastfriend.

EZ2 Nurse Twin Nursing Pillow. Google it. There are lots of on-line stores that sell it. It's wonderful and much, much better than a boppy. I didn't get mine till my twins were 8wks or so. I really wish I had gotten it before hand. Good thing I didn't sell it since I'm now pregnant with my second set of twins.

I bought the My Brest Friend pillow
Amazon.com: My Brest Friend Light Green Deluxe Pillow: Baby It was really good since it gave you a little back cushion and I loved the snap feature that allowed you to secure the pillow around your body. For me it worked well the first month but after a while I found the boppy to be a little more helpful, especially when I did one at a time nursings. |

I am only breastfeeding one of my twins, due to the fact that my son is quite a piggy and is not satisfied with breastmilk. I have been using a boppy for nursing and I really think there has to be something better out there. I find it helpful if you have another pillow under the front of it for support. otherwise I feel like I have to hold the baby and the boppy up in the air. It supports the baby's body well, but is a little flimsy under her head.
