How much did your LOs weight at 30+ weeks?
Hi!
I am just curious how much your LOs weight at 30+ weeks? My boys: Baby A is 3 pounds, 12 ounces and Baby B is 4 pounds, 1 ounce. I have gestational diabetes just recently diagnosed 2 weeks ago and started insulin last week. I am not sure if they are big because they are boys, that I am lucky that they are big and healthy (the ultrasound doc and tech at the hospital where I get my ultrasounds said they looked healthy and on spot for their developmental age), or because of the GD. I went for my 4D ultrasound today and the tech and the owner were mentioning that this was the first time they seen big twins with chubby cheeks ![]() Thanks

My boys' were born at 32 weeks, and weighed 3 lbs. 3oz. and 3lbs. 9oz. I did not have gestational diabetes, so I think your guys are doing pretty well at the weights they are posting. Remember, the weights could be off a little either way.

My B/g/g trips were born at 32w5d. My son weighed 4lbs 5oz at birth. This was within 2 oz of the US estimate of his weight around 30w. Margaret Anne is right, even a fraction of a cm can cause the weight estimate to be off. Good luck!
