What do you girls think?

My beta numbers have been really high and I was hoping for another opinion as to whether I am having twins. My beta numbers so far are:

12 dpo - 144
19 dpo - 3315
27 dpo - 25,941

So what do you think? Are twins or more in my future? I know I won't know for certain until I have the ultrasound, but it's kinda fun to guess in the meantime...

Amy

(BTW - I took clomid, had the ovidril trigger and an IUI during this cycle.)

I would check betabase.info and you can compare to others. It's hard to say...your initial beta isn't that high but then it seems to go crazy after that. It's always possible. Good luck waiting for u/s.

I looked at that and according to the median #s, my betas are at times 3x the norm. Am I reading that right? Even when I look at the breakdowns based on the specific day, I am at the extreme end of the singleton and upper end of the twin range.

Congratulations Amy! I hope you will have a wonderful pregnancy! When will you have your ultrasound? My beta w/ twins was 363 16dpo. You just never know, but your beta does seem to really jump high after the first one and it's an earlier beta than usual (usual being 14 dpo I thought)... If I were a betting woman, I'd say you have more than one baby in there. Let us know!

Amy-I am almost 11 weeks along with twins, and my 14dpo-140, 16dpo-440, and 19po-2149. You never know, but I wish you a very healthy and happy pregnancy!!
