8 1/2 weeks and symptoms gone?!?!?!
I am a first time pregger with twins and I am 8 and 1/2 weeks along. I was really really nauseous for 2 weeks(6, and 7) and now I hit 8 weeks and I dont even feel pregnant. I know I am probably over reacting, but does anyone have words of encouragement or has gone through this? I have a ultrasound on Thursday and I just want to hear those heartbeats again, and I can't help but worry the worst!

Hi. My first pg, one baby, I felt super nauseated from week 4 until my D&C during what would have been week 8, even though the baby stopped growing during week 6. Now I am pregnant with twins (20 W), and I've had maybe 3 days of mild nausea the whole pregnancy. The moral of the story? Every pregnancy is different, you never know how you will feel, and symptoms are not necessarily consistent or predictable. That said, I wish you all the best to get through the first trimester and its accompanying anxiety...I was VERY anxious!

It's normal to worry. I'm 6 wks pregnant, my 3rd pregnancy. My symptoms come and go and have with all my pregnancies. My first was a singleton and my 2nd pregnancy was twins. It happened with both. Although, I wasn't sick very often at all with my single and I always wondered if I was really pregnant. With my twins, I went through the same thing you are experiencing. I was really sick most of the time, but every once it a while it would subside for a day or a couple of days and I would worry. I don't know if I'm pregnant with a single or twins again (hoping for twins again), but I'm really sick like I was with my twins. It's strange how you actually want to feel sick. It's comforting even though it's yucky.
