IVF - How to determine # of weeks
My FET was on May2nd and Im not sure whether they were 5 or 3 day embies - my sonogram today showed twin #1 = 7W 4D and twin #2 = 7w 3D. How do I figure out what week I am in bc I'd like to know whether the twins are behind or on target in terms of gestational growth?

It is likely that you had a three day transfer, given your measurements.
I plugged your FET date into ivf.ca and it gave me a result of 7 weeks 5 days pregnant. So, your babies are right on track! If you had done a 5 day transfer, you would be 8 weeks pregnant today. Either way, the twins look great for this gestational age.
