When did you buy your car seats?

I am due in December but my doc said I might deliver in November because the twins might come early.

I am curious when everyone else purchased your car seats?

Is there any sales from now to November?

I already found the infant car seats and the big kid car seats that I like.

We didn't get car seats until after the kids were born, only because they were born so early. I think had we had a shower, we would have gotten them earlier. My dad, stepmom, and aunt got them for us. I would think having them before the twins are born would be best in case you have take home babies!!!

i made sure i had mine at about 28 weeks. at that point i was getting uncomfortable and didnt want to worry about it. i ended up making it to my scheduled c sec at 37 weeks but hey, at least i was prepared

I still can't decide what car seats I want. I know which stroller I want but it doesn't come with car seats. I want them to match the stroller but DH says he doesn't. I am starting to stress bc my MIL is throwing us a baby shower in June when we go visit them and shes already asking for my list of stuff we want. I kind of wanted to wait to see what we were having before putting to much on the list but it may not happen that way. What type and how much did you spend on the car seats?

we have the graco duo ride sroller with the matching snug ride car seats. i have to say that i really like it! this was the only stroller that DH and i could agree on. (its blue and gray) and i wanted it to be "boyish" i know...i have issues

anyway, the stroller folds well and the seats are super easy to click in and out and use. the boys are actually big enough already to sit in the stroller without the seats, and the only thing is the front doesnt recline as much as the back so whoever is sleepy has to go in the back

other than that i love it!

I bought them when I was 28w pg; it was right after my shower where I received the Dou - glider that they (snug rides) fit on

(7 weeks ultrasound) 05/07/09 Baby on the right was dancing. Baby on the left was sleeping. LOL (9 weeks ultrasound) 05/28/09 Doctor said they are really active . (12 weeks ultrasound) 06/03/09 Twins still sitting on top of each other (13 weeks ultrasound) 06/11/09 2 little boys! (14 weeks ultrasound)
