Sorry you're still sick. I have had nausea and vomiting until this week (23 weeks) . I'm hoping its over. Lemonade with a salty snack like pretzels or chips helped some. Eating something at about 3am helped, too. I still have to have a glass of ginger ale as soon as I wake up. Water or protein on an empty stomach always makes me vomit.

    Hope you feel better soon!

Ask your OB but you may need to get your gallbladder checked. It's common with multiples for the gallbladder to stop working properly. Dairy and Fat will aggravate it.

    Hope this helps

If you're really sick, ask your OB for meds. I was on Vit B and Unisom for a couple months and it helped me - didn't totally eliminate the barfing but greatly reduced it. It seemed like the first thing I could eat in the morning would keep changing. For awhile, I would sip a little ginger ale, then it was eat dry toast or crackers, then suck on a Mr Freeze, then eat a Healthy Mom protein bar. I usually couldn't eat much before lunchtime. Then I would often be sick again in the evening.

I had to take my prenatal vitamins at bedtime with food and sometimes they still made me puke. Definitely couldn't tolerate them in the am.

If something doesn't sound appealing, don't eat it as you most likely will throw it back up. If something sounds good to eat, it will most likely stay down.

Are you drinking enough? If you're a little dehydrated, that will make you feel crappy too.

Good luck - it's miserable but worth it in the end.
