I'm trying to find a link that shows the standard weight for the baby/ies depending on their gestational age.
Can someone help?
Thank you!!

I don't have a link, but do know that the book, "When You're Expecting Twins, Triplets or Quads" by Dr. Barbara Luke has a two page chart in it that lists the average gestational weight in it week by week.

Jillie, I think that was my favorite part of Dr Luke's book!
![]() The chart shows head measurements & footprints by week, it was amazing to see something 'tangible' that gave me an idea of the size of the babies. I don't recall ever seeing anything like it on the web. Dr Luke does have her own site here , but in order to access it all, you have to pay a 'consultation' fee ($50) & having never registered, I don't know what all is there. It does have some general advice there - you might browse around . If you have not already purchased her book, I second the reccomendation !! Brooke

Petra,
I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but at the website "Twintalk" under the "expecting twins" forum they have what they call a "random, unscientific sampling of Twinstuff moms reporting on the gestational weights of their twins in ultrasound measurements during pregnancy." Here's the link: http://forums.twinstore.com/groupee/.../m/29010726621 The website "IVRer" also has some interesting information. For this link scroll down the page, almost half way down: http://www.ivfer.com/pg_calc.htm Let me know if those links don't work. Good luck! thea 26 weeks twins |

Thanks so much for the replies!!!!!!!!! I will look at all the links and I'm pretty sure it's exactly what I was looking for.
I totally forgot about the info in Dr. Lukes book. I'm going to go back and reread it. Thanks for all your help. Petra |
