Question Food

Let's talk food. What foods did you crave/love with your last pg that you don't like this time. And what foods didn't you like with your last pg that you like this time?

When PG w/DD, I had severe aversions to chinese food, hot dogs, anything green, eggs, red sauce/gravy, and my fave - chocolate. The smell alone of those foods would send me running to the bathroom.

Now, I HATE peanut butter and vanilla anything, but when PG w/DD I craved vanilla ice cream swimming in melted peanut butter. Also craved stuffed grape leaves, tomatoes, pickles, potato chips, french fries with turkey gravy, and LEMONADE big time.

This PG, anything goes. Before I knew I was PG I wanted avocados. I either ate them whole like an apple, or I would order guacomole at a restaurant, and I was like, "Hmmm...whats going on here - this is the strangest PMS I ever had." Well, come to find out a 2 weeks later it wasn't PMS. I didn't really suffer much m/s with this PG, so I could eat almost anything. Apples were a fave in the beginning too (and still are). I really wasn't in the mood particularly for veggies this time around either, although I wasn't sickened by them. Now, in the homestretch all I want is fruit and veggies. Also, I had given up drinking Diet Coke about 4 months before I got PG this time. It was my fave, and difficult to give up, but I did it. Once my 2nd trimester hit, that's all I wanted to drink was diet coke, and since I have GD, my Dr. said to go ahead, but on a limited basis. I have been treating myself to 2-3 a week or one every 2 days since I am about 14 weeks PG.
