Personally, I couldn't be optimistic, but I would be realistic which is to say: there is a small chance for a viable pg. Time will tell. Wishing tomorrow give more definitive and more positive results. (Singleton uterine pg clinically visible when hCG is 1,000 to 1,500.) FX, FX.

Ultrasound did not show anything significant but doctor ruled out ectopic which is a relief. The HCG just barely rose from 650 to 685.
Hoping for miracle on wednesday. thanks.

I hope that Wed shows something for you guys and you can go from there. Typically, you won't see anything until beta's are over 1000 but it's good that there was nothing tubal. Keep us updated.

Looks like miscarraige # 4 for us. The doctor asked us to stop progesterone since HCG barely rose from 650 to 685 yesterday and ultrasound did not show anything positive.
What test can we do to diagnose root cause? Embryo karyotyping, other tests?

So sorry. With my many early losses I didn't have embryo tissue that could be karyotyped. All testing was done on me and DH; some minor things were found, but nothing that said "THIS is the cause". So sorry for your losses. Hugs in this difficult time.

rosaysh, gentle hugs. I'm very sorry for your loss. What about immune/blood clotting testing?
