Welcome, July 2012 Cycle Grads! I can't believe I've crossed the finish line first. My infertility journey of 10 years lacked the joy and happiness I feel today being 5 weeks pregnant. I'm so ready to move forward and am anxiously awaiting my friends to join. Congratulations to all of us for getting this far; and I realize we still have a bit of a journey ahead. It will be comforting to continue to share the laughs & tears. The support, friendship, encouragement & resources exchanged in our July forum was of tremendous value. I can't wait to hear from you!

Welcome Nancy!! Yeah to see you over here, big congrats. Do you have another beta scheduled? How many did you put back? Do you have an U/S scheduled? I know, so many questions. But I remember when I was at your stage and... wow!

Cant wait for all your buddies to join you!

BC-tysa...thanks for the warm welcome! Your little one is adorable!!! My final beta is tomorrow so I'm praying for climbing numbers. If all is well, my first u/s will be next week. I was stunned that my first beta was 637. Doesn't that seem high? The nurse said it was a great number and the chance of twins is very slim since I had only one transferred ( day 5 perfect AA embryo - yah!). Also, my second beta didn't quite double and my nurse said there is nothing at all to worry about but based on my past history it's difficult not to be paranoid. As I'm sure you recall, even though I feel so blessed to get to this stage, it's still so nerve-racking. Each appointment hinges on the next! I'll be ready to slightly exhale and feel as if this is really happening when I get through my next 2 appointments. Then I can start to enjoy my pregnancy. I'm totally pulling for the amazing gals in the July thread. So far there has been only disappointment but hopefully the next time around WILL be their lucky cycles. So for now it's just is!

Ok miss Nancy, how did the beta go today? I know this time is very stressful and exciting and nerve racking and... but it will be worth it in the end when you are holding that sweet smelling wiggle worm. Just cant wait to hear how things went today. I am pulling for the other July ladies as well, i was in "that group" that just seemed to struggle to get a positive way too many times. So, I feel for them, but they will get here someday, sooner or later right?

Thanks for the kind words of encouragement! I'm thrilled that my 3rd beta was 2,989. What a relief that the numbers continue to climb. My next big step is my u/s appointment on Aug 2. Of course I'm praying to see a heartbeat then all of this will seem real. I'll keep you posted.

great news on the Beta! Still hoping the other July ladies head over here soon. You may also want to check out the Fall/Winter due date buddies here. I was in the Spring/Summer group and it is fun having some ranges of due dates as well. At least you can chat a bit more there as well till this group gets busier. Cant wait till Thursdays news!

1st beta on 7/27 was 76
2nd beta on 7/30 was 194

I really don't feel pregnant at all, but gotta trust the blood work I guess!!
