?cramping & pain shooting down my right leg to my knee?

Help. Is this normal? I've had slight cramping on and off since I found out I was preggo. I'm 4 weeks and 5 days today. Today I started getting a cramp on my right side with a pain found down my leg. It almost feels like a pinched nerve. The pain has gotten progressively worse. I am sweating and got extremely sick to my stomach. My DH is cooking ribs and I have myself locked in the bedroom. Ihave no idea what's normal. I just know this feels horrible. Any advice?

Sounds like sciatica - I feel really I'll from my back pain too. BUT call your ob and double check or go to the ER. Not worth leaving if you feel like something is wrong.

Thanks Simmone. I broke down and took two Tylenol and went to bed. The pain subsided around midnight and I have felt completely fine all day. I had read on google that is could've been ligaments stretching or something like that. Although I should stay off google because I only drive myself nuts with the "what ifs".
