Do you use the day of ER as day 1 of pregnancy, since that was when the egg was fertilized? Do you use the first day of your last period? Or do you use 15 days prior to your ER, which is what this website claims:

I am so confused!
I am having my first u/s tomorrow Dec 17. That will be 21 days from my ER, and 37 days from my last period. Will I be able to see anything on the u/s?

Thanks! That says to use the date of ER so tomorrow I will be only 3 weeks pregnant! Kind of early for an u/s but I guess they want to get me in before they all go on holiday.

If you go to babymed.com, under pregnancy tools, there is a weekly pregnancy calendar where you can use your IVF transfer day. I believe you are about 5 weeks pregnant.
