My daughter may be PTed but your kids are in big kid beds that is another MAJOR step that I am DREADING. I have SUCH good sleepers and I SO fear making this switch.

Can I ask why you did it? Were they climbing out? Asking for them? Mine CAN climb out but don't so as much as I kind of want them in big kid beds Im afriad to rock the boat you know....

I read on facebook that the night was a success was it REALLYthat easy? I am SO afraid to make the switch. Oh and where did you get your beds, toddler beds or twin beds? I can't find anything I like for them that is less than $300 and as alot of us know wonce you multiply that by 2 it's $$$$ also we want convertable bunk beds for the boys so they can share a room if they want to but can have seperate rooms if they want too-

Brandi - SUPER good luck today!! Hope it turns out JUST how you want

ET today went pretty well. Of the 4 frozen 3 survived the thaw - 2 blasts & 1 morula, just like we transferred with DD. They were all only so-so quality though. I am really okay however it turns out. Just $2600 poorer!

When we moved DS to a big kid bed he was just under 2. He had no problems with it at all - he is a really good sleeper though. DD still seems to love her crib, so I am not worrying about making the switch yet. Maybe in another 6 months or so.

So is everyone changing room decor with the transition to big kid beds? I was going to leave DDs the same - I bought the big girl bedding back when I bought the crib stuff. I changed DS stuff though, since we had moved to a new house & that was what prompted the switch a little early.

Hey ladies!

AWESOME, Brandie!! I'm soo eXCited!!! Will you POAS? YAY!! And 2600 is a STEAL. Can you believe we paid 20 GRAND out of pocked (cash) for our IVF? Jesus!

Why do you WANT your kids in big beds?? Unless they are climbing out, of course. I'll keep mine in theirs til they are 3 and 1/2 if they'll let me. And Nicolas CAN get out of his and does sometimes in the morning, but never at night. I'm not getting a toddler bed, they already have twin beds. those will do. U use a toddler bed for like 5 minutes. They never used to have them when we were kids. New invention, I guess.

Not an expense we need here.

Good job, Sparkly, on getting your kids thru it!

Laura, how is it going?

Carla says "HI" she is super busy packing etc but will be on later.

Things here are okay.

They BOTH have DOUBLE ear infections!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya. You read that right! Gabe has a double even WITH TUBES! Kill me.

We see ENT on Friday and I'll be giving him an ear full (no pun intended!)

They're on day 3 of meds and seem to be getting better now tho.

It's been 65 and gorgeous the past few days. Lovin' it!

Getting my Mirena removed on Weds. It gives me migraines! Sucks. It cleared my face up sooo well, too.

What else is new, folks?

Brandie, are you ready to be pregnant again??

Mer- UGH UGH UGH on the double ear infections OMG how is that even possible with tubes. I hope they get to feeling better ASAP- And I hear you on the big kid bed thing, we won't do toddler bed either and when I moved Jake to his new room before Isaac was born I kind of re-did it with a car/truck theme so I'll just get bedding to match that and Madeline's room is going to be in polka dots so not TOO much new. I am kind of anxious for them to be in beds b/c it makes travelling easier (i.e not needing THREE pack n plays) for when we go skiing for a week this winter but on the other hand they sleep so well in their cribs I hate to rock the boat since they aren't climbing out (even though they could)...

Three days till I leave for california, can't WAIT but starting to get a little nervous about leaving the kids..... as is DH lol
Brandi-- GOOD LUCK on the FET super GOOD vibes being sent your way. Sounds like they handled the defrosting very well, ditto Mer are you ready to be pg?

Carla- glad to hear you're doing well, hope packing isn't too chaotic! Can't WAIT to see pics of your new house

Hello ladies

Brandie--good luck!! By the time I will be back from Japan you might be officially pregnant.

Mer--that is so weird that he got an ear infection with tubes. I know that its very rare but can happen.

Erica --enjoy your trip!!

My kids are in their cribs I wasn't even thinking about putting them in the big boys beds. Anyway they have convertible cribs once we feel they are ready we will make it into a bed.
As for me I am off to Japan tomorrow morning!! I am excited and upset at the same time. I feel really bad that I am leaving boys here for two weeks.
Good luck to everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!!
Will check-in in two weeks!

I'm surviving so far! We were in the NICU for 3 days and then at the Children's hospital for 7 days so I'm just now getting into a routine at home. They didn't find a thing wrong with her but wanted to be extra cautious and get a full 7 days of antibiotics in her. In the end it was probably a cold. TOTALLY sucks because we wasted all that time in the hospital not to mention money and I'm just praying insurance covers it.

Brandie, good luck with the FET. Whatever happens will be best right?

Mer, I hope the migranes go away...better get that new BC method down right away. Sorry your guys are suffering with ear infections. That has got to be painful for them (and you).

Erica, good for you getting Madeline potty trained! Colin is not ready yet but they are trying at day care since he shows "interest" as they put it.

So we have had two good nights and two bad nights!! W got toddler beds because they still share a room and will until we get a new house!! Hopefully in two years. My kids are shorties and may be able to stay in them until 5.

Erica- Kenley pp'd twice yesterday and pooped once. We were at a friends house and her daughter is training so I think it was not wanting to be the baby!!
