Hi Ladies -

So I am now the "color guard" advisor at the new high school. It should be fun, although a lot of work for little pay. But it will probably help me get an in for a teaching position as well eventually. I have been busy getting stuff going for that, swim lessons, today we are going to baby gym. DH is going camping with a buddy tonight, so it will just be me & the kids this evening & tomorrow.

DD has actually been sleeping a lot lately so I think she must be going through a growth spurt - anyone else's kids doing that? She asks to nap at 1, sleeps till 4 and then is still okay to sleep from 8-7.

Mer - On the FET, I just feel like I need to use up those embies. I really don't think a cycle would work and that way I can just feel like we finished it out. I still go back & forth on it a bit, though. It looks like your kids have been out doing lots of fun stuff!

Erica - Cute ideas on the costumes! I have seen peas that are really cute. DD is going to be a ballerina - I already bought her costume last year from Gymboree when it was on clearance. I figured it would get used a lot as a dress up after the holiday, too.

Laura - Glad your vacation went well and glad Colin seemed to enjoy it. You will be a mama of two before you know it!

Hi Carla, Tiffany, Gina, Mel & anyone else out there!

Hope everyone has a fun weekend!

Brandie

Brandie, good for you on the job! that's great! Foot in the door FOR SURE!

You guys, I just bought the boys their first pair of UGG boots. They're adorable. I got them in chocolate and they're the taller ones. It's SICK how cute they look in them. I'm in MN so i have an excuse to spend a zillion bucks on warm boots, right?

i'll post pics when I get them.

Oh and YES, we HAVE been doing A LOT of things lately. These kids have no idea what it's like to just stay home. We NEVER do it.

Too funny about the UGG boots Mer I bet they look ADORABLE!

Brandi- YEAH for the job and I agree with Mer a foot in the door is a great thing

We're doing well, Rob took M and J to the park to give me a break this morning before he left for the airport unfortunately they had a MAJOR meltdown and he came back with TWO screaming kids-- luckily we recovered and had a really good rest of the day--

HEre are some recent pics:
