Recovering IVF-Aholics June Thread
I got some answers at my follow-up visit.
First of all, they dilated me to 12 cms for the D and C. Does that sound crazy to anyone else?? The pathology report stated no trace of the baby. There was placental material. The doctor thinks that what I lost on May 3rd may have been the baby. I asked about the sac collapsing at 11 weeks 4 days and then round and larger when I got here. She said that after awhile the gestational sac would have filled with fluid and returned to a round shape. As far as it being larger...it was so misshapen at the 11week u/s that the doctor had make his best guess based on the largest part of the collapsed sac. So, it probably wasn't larger..just inflated and looking larger. I am so glad to have some clarification.

Hi girls, its been ages and I have been away for sooo long. I was thinking about you and had a once-in-six=months gap and wanted to say hi and ... I can't find anyone.
Jpoo if you are reading your DD is beyond beautiful! I am over the moon for you honey!!! Robyn, are you around? I had the most vivid dream about you and ... where are you? Thanks so much for those who have mentioned me in older posts, its so wonderful to know I am not forgotten even though I deserve to be, its been that long! Hugs and love, A x |
