Thanks for creating the new thread

As far as weight, did you ever have a growth scan? I think in singleton pgcies they start at about 30w, so you should have one soonish. They measure a few key points - head, leg bones, etc etc, and then give u a weight. for multis they started 'em early.

Nope, no growth scans for me yet. Maybe I'll get one today then...I hope so! I'm going to ask him about the weight when I'm there either way.

Good Morning Ladies,

Heather- Pepsi's right that's how I find out how much my babies weigh. They usually have to schedule my growth scan ahead of time, but hopefully the doctor can come up w/ something.

Pepsi- Are your aches and pops any better? Mine are still the same & maybe even getting worse.

AFM- I thought I was going to the hospital last night! I had braxton hicks, but since I've been having ligament pain (Which wasn't bad at all), they both kicked in at once. It was soo painfull I had to go pee & I laid on my Lt side which made it feel better. I also took a warm shower & once I got out the pain subsided. Talk about scary, I've never experienced real contractions so I don't know how painful or what I'll feel.

Hello fellow preggos,

I am back from the hospital as of last Wednesday night. My dh is away so I am sneaking onto to say all is well. I had a growth scan last Wednesday and my baby was 2lbs, 13 ounces. She should have hit about 3 lbs by now. Hope everyone is doing well. Miss you all. Take care. Sandy

Sandy!!!!! So good to hear from you!!!!! I'm so glad to hear that all is well and that you're back home. I'm assuming you're still on strict bedrest, right? It's such a relief to know what's going on Please update whenever you get a chance but stick to that bedrest!!!!!

Thanks Heather! Yes, I am still on strict bedrest and am going back to bed right now. My cervix is .6 mm at it's thinnest point but it opens and closes (like a clam) . The largest point is about 25 mm. I am hoping to hold on till at least 35 weeks. I am off. Ciao ladies. Talk to you soon.

Scary night. Healthy baby, WHEW!

I had severe stabbing searing pain last night and then had 8 contractions in one hour. Went to L&D, her heartbeat was solid and NO bleeding. Monitored me for a while and ran bw. U/s showed 'dark' spot near placenta. Doc surmised that maybe we had a tiny bit of abruption and the pressure of my little lady kept it from bleeding. We got to see her have the hiccups and make faces at them. We got home and I have stayed in bed since. I am feeling fine just emotionally drained. My cervix was closed up tight! All tests indicated that Sophia is happy and not PTL indicated. FFN was negative. All good news.
I am laying low today! Off to shower and get back to bed. Sorry for the abrupt info.

Sandy! Great to hear from you!

Krb, glad to hear from you!
