Pain in ovary

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can calm me down. I am 16dp5dt. I got a BFP on 10dp5dt and I have gotten two more than doubling betas. Today however I started having pain in what feels like my right ovary. I called my RE and he thinks that it is my ovary "getting juiced up from the HCG". Has anyone ever heard of this. He said that 4w6d is too early to feel an ectopic. I have also had brown spotting this week. He told me this is normal. He told me they couldn't see if it was ectopic yet anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jessica -

I don't have any experience, but wanted to say congratulations! I will say my prayers for you that everything will be just fine. Given everything you have been through how could you not stress! When I was spotting early on, they said as long as it is brown that is OK.

I had all kinds of pains when I first found out I was pregnant. My ovary kept hurting like it does before I was going to ovulate. In fact, until I was 8 weeks, I kept having weird cramps that felt like AF was going to arrive! To say the least, I was freaked out. However, my OB told me that alot of people have that in their first trimester so I didn't worry quite as much. I hope this makes you feel a little better
