not much going on here it was so cold and windy. We didn't do much!!

hello ladies

my FIL is in the hospital. his hand got swollen all of a sudden since Friday but he told us yesterday and today we convinced him to go to the hospital. So he did and they said he has some kind of infection and they are keeping him there until Tuesday.

How is everyone else is doing?

sounds like staph, gina. Can be very serious. Good thing he went in!! Poor guy!!

What shoes are you getting your kids for the summer? Crocs?? That's what I think I'm getting mine. That's all I wear and I don't want their toes hanging out and getting stubbed so I think I'll order the Crocs here pretty soon.

I have my pap this morning. Dad and sM are coming to watch the boys while I go. I'm excited. LOL. I can't believe I just said that.

I love my doc tho so it's like I'm really going for coffee w/ a friend.. a friend who sticks her head between my legs. GROSS!

My appt means no music class today tho. Boo! I just love those classes!!! Soo fun!

Unfortunately, our library one ends after this week. OMG. I could cry. Another one starts in April but that's too far away for me.

I've got the WORST PMS right now. OMG. I'm on the warpath with DH. I think I almost made him cry 10 times this weekend. I am soo scary when I'm mad. OMG. It got ugly up in here. He is just sooooo stupid sometimes I cannot help myself. Long story but STUPIDITY drives me insane.

What are you gals up to this week??

Mer- I had that same scenerio last weekend. We were in the car and he took me and the kids to my mom's because he thought i was going to hurt him!!!! LOL.. it makes me laugh thinking about it!!!! MEN!!!

I will probably by them sandals and some crocs!! I want to get Kenley some KEDS.

I am not getting my boys crocs. I don't like the idea of putting rubber on my kids feet. I was looking at summer things all ready i was thinking naturino, ecco, or primigi. Have not decided yet.

FIL still in the hospital. I came to visit him today and they did bedside surgery in front of me. I almost fainted. Hopefully it will help. We had so much snow today and had to cancel all my clients. We took the boys out today in the snow they loved it.

Gina - I'm so sorry about your FIL. Prayers that he gets better real soon!

Carla - I wish I could just hug you. It sounds like you are going thru a rough patch. I'm sure now that our kids are really in beginning of the "terrible twos" it adds to the frustration, tiredness, etc. Yeah, I would be LIVID about the motorcycle...the sheer fact of him running out and doing it and plus the danger, those just scare me. I know tons of guys (and girls) have them so I probably just worry for no reason. Anyway, I really hope things get better. I know more people on antidepressants than not so GO FOR IT! Personally I just can't take them they make me more tired and grouchy. I just think it's something w/my system that doesn't work well.

Meredith - the Bunko is just a dice game. Easy so you can socialize. I know the neighbors....they are all nice, no close friends or anyone w/young kids tho so not like hanging out w/close girlfriends.

We had our first and only snow yesterday!!! Only about an inch and just lasted a day. The kids LOVED it though - especially watching it fall.

Meredith - where do you go for music classes? The library?

Mel-thanks for the kind words. I can send you some of our horrible snow if you want more! I hate it! we got about 10 inches of snow or more sun/mon--ugh, hate this snow. not helping out my mood etc.

Mer-dont know on the shoes here. Caleb JUST got into size 5 like this week and sofia is like a 5.5 now. I am so cheap on shoes. get some at target/kohls/marshallls but wont pay like more than $20...I let my MIL or Mom buy the "better" ones for us...which they have a few times.

Hope your pap today was fun! ha, I would have liked that "break" too I am sure!

Gina- So sorry about your FIL, I hope he gets out of the hospital soon

Carla- UGH about more snow and DH etc... etc... I agree with others def look into meds b/c anything to help is awesome being in a funk of any kind is just frustrating....

Mer- I was JUST thinking today what type of shoes to buy Madeline to go with dresses and so forth... Jacob JUST got a new pair of sneaks that he can wear with shorts etc.. so he should be fine- I hope you enjoyed your PAP lol at that statement....

Mel - Good to hear from you!

As for me it's SUPER warm this week (sorry don't mean to rub salt in the wounds of all you getting burried under snow ;( ) But March is one of Co's snowiest months so I'm sure we'll get ours too but for now it's in the 70's and gorgeous! Kids are doing well and I'm just mentally (and physically) preparing for my IL's arrival on Wednesday. I get along with them fine (most of the time as long as they're on good behavior lol) it's just the general stuff/stress that goes along with having house guests for a week especially since DH sister just left on Saturday (althoug she's more of a friend and help than houseguest but you know)....

Anyway that's it- hope everyone enjoys their evening and those of you who got snow get cozy and make a fire!

Wow everyone must have been BUSY today...not one post!
Erica- SO jealous of your weather.
Was about 26 or so here today but I took kids out for a Target run...and dry cleaners. woohoo - fun stuff.

my kids are 17 mths old today. I havent been posting a ton. every since we "babied" Caleb even more when he was sick, he got used to it I guess and was totally CRYING to get out of bed at like 5am on MANY mornings the past 2 weeks. I tried CIO but couldnt do it for a long time. One morning we did let him cry like 15 min and he put back to bed but the other mornings he just wailed and wailed...of course on those mornings. I cant nap him at my usual noon and was doing 11am. I just dont get him. he never has been a good sleeper. literally runs around ALL day and only sleeps like 10-11 hrs at night and about 1-2, maybe a tad more during the day. not like a lot of your kids w/ the LONG 3 hr naps. ugh...Sofia too she will do 11-11.5hrs at night and a longer nap usually but....I really think I need to get ready to stretch their bedtime later now...maybe by 15 min. that MAY help this morning routine be later. we have to turn clocks ahead this coming weekend too. as it is now. we put to bed like 650pm/7pm on the dot and they crash instantly.
