Christina - as far as the previa. don't worry. I was also told I have a complete previa. I researched it loads, and it turns out basically you need a c-section bc of a bleeding risk that is all. At 16 weeks it was complete, at 18 weeks it "moved up a tinge", at 20 weeks it was "low lying with a 'sinus'", and at 24 weeks its still "low lying placenta", but not a previa any longer. It does move and seem to resolve itself in 80% of the cases. But if not, its not a major thing really.
Tailbones.. ugh. Faith the donut didn't help me bc it was round. I got one with a cutout for the tailbone area. When I got a flare I was vicodined to the hilt and in bed on my stomach. That was the only position (other then standing) I could tolerate. I could not sit even if I wanted to. I had a pilonidal cyst. But I got the pillow after my surgery when I was able to sit already and it made it so much more comfortable. it was like a U shaped pillow.
