Sorry this is a little late guys... Hope you're having a GREAT weekend

Today we did Costco which is always fun and now the kids are napping and then we're off to a friends house (who have an 18 month old DD) to watch the Super Bowl

quiet this weekend. Erica- hope you had fun at that party w/ kids. did you stay late?

We are just home. no company and not going anywhere. kids in bed right at 7pm

Dh made an AWESOME soup again this Sunday-it was better than the one he did last Sunday. sausage, spinach, small pastas, peas, tomato/sort of minnestrone based etc. yum. course had two bowls and may do some ice cream later as treat. yum...

so how is the weather where everyone is now? tomorrow is supposed to be like 48 or something. unreal I am SO PISSED cause dh car is STILL not ready and we cant get rental now to be covered. dont ask. we had been using a relatives car for dh work trips but they needed it back so get this. I WONT have a car MOST or all of this week! wTf. so of course I totally wouldve gone out tomorrow somewhere w/ kids. now I cant. I mean I GUESS i could drive dh to work but he leaves at 7am and stuff. kids get up like 645am or earlier and it just wouldnt work w/ timing. ugh....

Mer-how are boys doing w/ the shots.

I gotta think of something small for dh for Vday soon. we dont go all out for it at all, but gotta do something from kids etc. ANY ideas.

I hate this month cause of my dads anniversary of his death on 2/11---just another reason why valentines sucks cause his funeral or wake was on that day w/ all the flowers and cards etc. ugh, annoying.

Hi guys. Sitting here w/ DH. He's watching the game. Not my cup of tea. We had gnocchi w/ bolognese for dinner. Ate too much of it, of course.

At least you can go for a walk, right Carla?? Or is there too much snow?? We pulled the boys in the sled on a walk today. It was okay but sooo cold out still even tho it got up to 30 degrees! (DH and I had only sweatshirts on.. how jaded are we now??)

Anyway, I'm not a fan of VDay either. My Gma died Feb 5 Carla so I can kind of join in the sadness of the "holiday" now. Sad. Sorry you have to feel that way. Oh and my retrieval was Feb 5, 2007 (so technically the date of CONCEPTION) and 2 yrs TO THE DAY.. my Gma died. Is that wild, or what???

No sweat w/ the shots. None. It was the WORST as far as them being SCARED OF THE DOCS OFFICE AND NURSE.. cuz they KNEW what was going to happen for the first time EVER!! That was TOUGH. DH was with me and it took all of us to hold the boys down. I HATE being in the room for their shots but they get soooo worked up now I can't leave. Poor dudes.

They had no problems after we got in the car tho. That's nice.

I told you guys she gave us antibiotics for the bronchitis, right?? Yep. Fast forward 3 days and we're NOT SICK ANYMORE! I could KILL that jackass from Urgent Care! DOH! He probably has no med license he was just the trashman and he snuck in or something. No one would EVER know! Lovely. At least they're well, tho I feel like I'm born again or something. Might go nuts and do fun stuff w/ them tomorrow to celebrate!

We took them to the mall this morning where there is this indoor play place. We were the only ones there so it was GREAT! The good people of the world were all at church I guess. Perfect!

SUCKS about the Car, Carla! Sorry!!!

I kept cking in this weekend but nothing!

Gina, yes I'm amazed by people's heritage and I think that is really cool!! Thanks for sharing

Morning Ladies-

Did everyone enjoy the superbowl? Can't believe the ending, nice that it was a close game and everyone really seemed like they played their hearts out but I know NOTHING about football but def enjoyed the commercials and our friends and the kids did SO well even tho we kept them up 1.5 hours past their normal bedtime! They did great!

Today we're going to gymnastics which should be fun. We haven't been in a few weeks due to sickness so I'm looking forward to it

We're supposed to have nice weather ALL week so I'm looking forward to getting outside to the playground/walk/etc....

we are indoors- no car and i dont feel like dressing kids for a walk. its Like MAYBE 48 or something. dont feel like it...

Glad everyone watched Superbowl (or sort of watched Meredith). Not much here. It's rainy and gloomy and coooldd for us!

Trio had their 18 month pedi appt this morning. I'm exhausted from it. We are waiting on the MMR (haven't had it at all yet) til they are 2. So they just had chicken pox and Hep B. They napped early....right after we got home but I hear them now waking up.

They are actually 18 months old today! More later gals!

We went to our neighbors to watch but we were outside most of the time. It was 75 yesterday and beautiful!!

Not much going on here just busy working today. Kenley wouldnt take a nap but as soon as she got still she was out!!

Sometimes I think I yell to much... No this No that.... get out of that!!! Do you fill like that or is it me?

Sparkly - my gosh I can't believe how warm it is there! Wow!!! Enjoy it.

Carla - I found a multiples group on FB....it's nothing like the warmth and friendliness of this group tho. Seriously, I feel like I could say most anything here and you all would understand and answer back. But it's fun to read some of the stories on there.

Some days I do feel like I am saying no constantly and raising my voice.
