Good morning- no time to post much as the kids are almost done with bfast. I had a rough night, I woke up at 1am to pee and found myself SO nauseaus and had HORRID heartburn I felt like I was going to puke until 3am when I finally started feeling better and fell back asleep--- OY lets hope that doesn't happen again anytime soon how wierd....

have a great day ladies, I have playgroup this morning and then just hanging out, YEAH for one more day till a LONG weekend since Monday is MLK day!

Erica--sorry I hope you can get some rest tonight.

I still have laryngitis and I am becoming very paranoid as it did not really get better. Going to the doctor today again! Attempted to make an appointment to an ENT but none of them working today. I think i have upper respiratory infection i also started coughing and have post-nasal drip now

Ugh about your voice still Gina that is SO frustrating even when it doesn't impact you professionally I can only imagine how frustrating it is when you NEED your voice for your job. Rest up and I hope it comes back soon!

My stomach has been off ALL day I do'nt know what is wrong with me I feel just HORRID, queasy, pain, etc;.... I don't know if I should call the doc, I mean it's not like i'm puking violently or anythign so I can't imagine I have anything I need to be worried about pregnancy wise so all they can do is tell me to rest right?? UGH it's so wierd b/c it's not like a normal sickness or I'd think I was getting the flu or something but I don't have any other symptoms?? ERG

Erica--may be you should call your Ob! I don't know about Maryland but in New York we have horrible stomach virus that is effecting everyone! Its not 24 hours anymore its like 5 days!! Its like epidemic here!!

Sucks Erica. Let us know what the nurse says. I'd just put a call in. There's nothing they can do for you, I don't think but that's no fun. Try to rest. ya right!

Ya my DH works monday too.

Hope your voice gets better Gina, how are the boys??

Hope everyone is having a good day. Not much time here. Sorry you are both sick Erica & Gina. Meredith, you are just the best. I'm so glad I know you! You just put it out there the good, the bad, the ugly and I love that about you. You are a good friend to have. And so is everyone else here too of course!!!

Sorry you are feeling sick Erica. That sucks about your throat, too, Gina. My poor DD ended up with a fever of 102.5 last night, gaver her Tylenol to get her through the night & then this morning after an AM nap it was 101.5 again. Poor baby.

My DH is working Monday - I hope. The COO of the company is coming in from out of state that day - every time he comes in town I joke with DH that he is coming in town to lay him off - but unfortunatly one of these times it may not be a joke. He is a construction manager, and obviously the market still sucks.

Brandie, sorry about your DD fevers are rough. Do you think it's a cold? That is always scary when the COO comes in and you are not sure if it's good news or bad news. Let's hope for good news (or normal news).

Speaking of, the company where my DH works laid off 3 people today. One did the same job as DH....it could have been him! He is a little nervous and bummed.

The trips are starting to get more vocal. No real words yet but they understand practically everything I say. Most things I ask them they will do. Addie & Kate have learned to kiss each other and they love it and go around all day kissing and giggling. They all have runny noses but no fever or fussiness so far.

The Arctic blast is hitting Georgia tonight. It's only 32 and the said it is supposed to go to 5 or something. There is no snow or possibility of snow. Get this....one county has closed schools tomorrow due to weather. That is nuts.
