Good luck with the move Erica. I know you'll have everything organized and ready to go in no time. I'm happy for you that you got the location you both wanted. I love the Denver area for skiing and I've heard it's awesome in the summer as well.

It's been a hard weekend because DH has been SO SICK AGAIN! He has had a fever for 4 days and lots of chest congestion. Colin is on day 6 of 10 of the antibiotic (for sinusitus) and it is a little better but he has been super fussy. I found out last week that he is 24" and 14 lbs. 10 oz. which is 45th percentile for his age. I heard that once they reach 15 lbs it is easier for them to sleep through the night. Can't wait for that milestone...

Got in an argument with DH today because he was mad that I went to the gym. He thinks that if I work out I will get run down and then I will get sick...then who will take care of the baby? It's a valid concern but I slept a lot yesterday and today I was going stir crazy today so I wanted to work out. Am I crazy? I think it's essential for my mental health.

Anyway, off to bed. I don't let DH near the baby when he as a fever so I'm on my own again tonight. SUCKS cause I have to work tomorrow too.

Oh Laura, I am SOOOOO sorry that you guys are sick again over there! YUCK! You are doing the RIGHT thing by keeping mentally and physically fit. You are not going to get sick easier from that either. MEN! Why is DH getting sick soo often?? Is he around a lot of sickies at work?? Nasty! I wanted to congratulate you on your MASSIVE weight loss!! Good for you! You should show us some pics!! You lucky woman. I am NEVER going to look "GOOD" again. I have pretty much come to terms with that one.

My Dad is coming over to visit this am. It's always nice to have a diversion from the mundane.

Then Tuesday an old friend is coming w/ her 3 kids (as long as NO ONE is ill). Then Wednesday my Gpa and Uncle are coming and Thurs-Sun we are painting my kitchen.. and by "we", I do mean HIM. I'm soo excited to finally have the BRIGHT RED "gumball red" I've been wanting SOMEWHERE in my house for a very long time... NOW is the time!! Should be nice.

Anyone else have anything interesting to say? We're becoming boring over here! Someone needs to get pregnant! J/K.

Laura- I'm SO sorry that you guys are sick and fussy over there. unless you have a fever/body aches working out is GOOD for you and helps you produce antibodies so you go girl and tell DH to stuff it

Lia- Yeah for getting the kitchen painted and a break from the mundane, I totally hear you on that one.

Today we're getting our 6 month shots hopefully it wont' be too bad then MIL is coming over for dinner

Where is everyone? We got six inches.. it's soo beautiful outside EVERYTHING is white!! The stupid dish keeps going out tho due to the amt of snow in the trees!!

What you guys doing? A very old friend (we were next door neighbors from the age of 4 on.. we're five days apart..) is coming over w/ her 3 kids today in about a half hour. Should be fun! I am DYING for a change of pace. This is GETTING OLD!!!!!!!! I've been STUCK in this house for about 9 mos if you really think about it... UGH!! I'm proud I've been okay for this long. It is soo fricking boring and annoying to live the SAME day over and over... Groundhog's day for REAL!

I am here just havent been replying a ton lately.

Meredith- have a blast w/ your friend. That stinks about the snow--we are getting some sleet here in Mass. tonight.

My twins will be 5.5 months tomorrow. Unreal. I weighed Sofia this morning and I think its accurate. It said 17.2lbs. I am going to do Caleb in a bit.

we had a tragedy happen on Sun/Mon. my mom's husband (she got remarried a bit ago after my dad died etc. so basically)---so my "stepfather" if you will, but I dont call him that...his parents, in their 80s died this weekend. the father left the running car in the garage with it shut and forgot about it--he is not really with it but still drives etc. (they shouldve been in assisted living etc but they wouldnt go)...so basically they died in their homes from carbon monoxide poisoning because they DIDNT have any detectors--UGH. I have three in my home! and their dog and cat were also dead. my 'stepfather' was the one who found them monday when he went to check on them. so sad.

I will be attending services sometime this week, I hate funerals and wakes...

Hey girls sorry for being MIA... IT's spring break here!!!

Yesterday my best friend from high school spent the day with me and we went to lunch!!! Then I picked up another friends 7 and 11 year old daughter's so they could spend the night and play with the twins. Then late yesterday another friend from high school who lives out of town came by to see the twins. The girls, twins and I got up and went to Target to get Enchanted at 8 am. So we are watching it and baking a easter bunny cake. They are leaving early afternoon. My kids are going to be pooped!!!

I've decided I need to adopt a 11 year old to help me out. They have been so helpful. I just left her in the car with them so I could run in to Target and get the movie!!! So convient!!!

We have an easter egg hunt tomorrow with our Play Group..... So we are going to go for the socializing!!!!

Everyone have a great day!!!

should I be worried that Caleb 5.5 months tomorrow is not rolling over where Sofia has been for like a month. what is the average time they start this? She is also now a WHIZ in the walker. I mean you CANT take your eyes off her for a second. she is super fast and he is just still able to go backwards where she is doing front and back walking...its so amazing what they can do now isnt it. just a few months after being born?

sofia today in the walker
