Very Nervous

I am very nervous about my next appt. which is Thursday. Nothing bad has happened so I don't know why I'm nervous. I seem to get this way before my monthly appts. I go for my 16 week check up this week and this time will be the first with the doppler. The first two the doctor did an u/s so I saw the baby and the heartbeat but never heard it. I know I am being stupid and will probably be this way every month but can't help it. I'm afraid I'll go on Thursday and there will be no heartbeat or something. I guess this is just jitters. I thought I would feel better once I hit the second trimester!!!!!!!!!!!!

No worries!!!! If anything unfortunate were to have happened it probably would have happened long before now!!! No stress...breath deep and enjoy being past the first trimester and highest risk time!!!

Thanks. I guess I get this way before each appt. I go today at 4:15pm so hopefully I will be able to breath easier afterwards. I guess this is normal. My mother said especially since this is my first pregnancy I'm more nervous.
