Prayer request for DS

Our 3 year old son will be having surgery on Monday(12/5) to replace his ear tubes. He has outgrown the first set of tubes but continues to have chronic ear infections - two infections in 3 months. I know that the procedure doesn't take long, we've been through this before, but it still bothers me to have my baby put to sleep. I would appreciate your prayers for a speedy and successful procedure and also for his quick recovery.

Marc and I thank you all for your prayers.

God Bless.

Marty, I will most definitely pray for your little one's procedure. It is so stressful to witness our children going through any medical procedure. My daughter had tubes placed several years ago along with having her tonsils & adenoids removed. Emotionally, it's draining, because we want to protect them from any pain or harm. God bless your little one and place his loving arms around him in protection. Hang in there.

Marty,

Many prayers lifted up for your little one! I know it's hard for a parent to see their child have any type of surgery. May your little one have a speedy recovery!!

May God surround your little one with angels and shield him with his blood!

Just an update:

Tyler's procedure was this morning at 6:45am. Everything went fine, as expected. He came out of the anesthesia (sp?) very angry and it took quite a while for him to calm down. We left the surgical center and went to Cracker Barrel to eat....Tyler ate 5 slices of bacon and half a pancake. He had not had anything to eat since dinner Sun. evening and he was quite hungry. He got better as the day went on and this evening is pretty much back to his old self again. He even stayed with his grandparents (and sister) and let Marc and I go out to eat at a restaurant like 'normal people' ie: no food being thrown across the table and no unexpected screeching. It was very nice.

I want to thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. I'm certain Tyler wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for good friends, like you, offering prayer for him.

Thank you all again and God Bless.
