Potty Training "Boocamp"

So next weekend we have no plans so we are going to bite the bulit and try to get ds potty trained. He has been waking up fairly dry, been going a couple hours dry during the day, been taking off his diaper as soon as he poops/pees, so I think he is showing all the signs of being ready.

I am so dreading this!!! I just want to do it "right" so any hints would be great!!

We figure we will just put underware on him and keep taking him to the potty every 20-30 min or so.
