    Any tips for calming a 1 year olds stomach?

    Alex started puking after his nap and 4 hours later Sofia started. Anybody have any tricks to help settle their stomachs?

    Slightly, they have been able to keep down an electrolyte solution the last two time. I am hoping if we just take it slow today that the worst may be done. (I hope so I am out of towels!)
