    Here's the recipe -

4 chicken breasts cut into 1" strips
    1/4 Cup flour
    salt & pepper to taste
    2T olive oil
    1/4 C balsamic vinegar
    1 t. dried basil

Place chicken strips, flour & seasonings in large zip-loc and shake to coat. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute chicken until browned and cooked through. Add vinegar and basil. Toss until well coated.

I usually add 1/2 lb. of cooked penne to the pan and toss to coat. Serve hot with a sprinkling of parmesan.

Thanks so much Monica! I'll save this one. Did anyone download the recipes from that thread? If so, please pm me and I'd really appreciate it if you could e-mail it to me.

I'm not sure. You may want to send a note to Dave. Tina had her posts removed for privacy reasons once FT was linking to FB. Also, there isn't a need to have a BC on the playgroup boards so I will be losing the BC status but will remain on the boards

I was wondering where Tina has been and where her old posts went. I love to look back on our old stuff and it's like she was never here. But I understand.

Oh NO!!! I really hope we can get that thread back!!!

About a month ago, there were little widgets for some of the social network sites like twitter and Facebook that would allow someone to post any post from here on to their FB page Thankfully, they got rid of it! I made my blog private (although I have not written in it for over a year). That would of been awful if someone quoted someone from here onto twitter or their FB page.

I just have to say that I really miss this board! I don't come here that often anymore but did post something on the GP board yesterday and did not get the support I'm used to getting from here. I don't see FT as a friendly, supportive place any longer. I REALLY miss everyone here and what this board used to be. I'm on FB and I know most of you are

Susan -- did you ever hear back from Dave? You could possibly try Dina who's a BC on Gen Par -- she's awesome and may be able to help.

Karin -- we are all just a pm away on FB FT is still supportive but I think the needs/groups have changed over time. It's been part of my life for 12 years and I just feel like I'm in a different place
