I take a multi vitamin which has all sorts of stuff in it as well as a calcium supplemet (600mg) and an iron supplement (9.59mg). The iron supplement also has additional stuff in it - mainly herbs. I also take a probiotic twice a day. And I add flaxseed oil to my cereal, but I don't know if that falls under the heading of vitamins, minerals and herbs?
Kay, what is chromium picolinate?? I haven't heard of that. Do I need it?? LOL!Kim

I'm still taking prenatal vitamins. That's all.
Just a reminder to always let your physician know all of the supplements that you are taking. They can interact with prescriptions drugs, should you need to take any.Monica

I take a women's one a day every day. I really need to be taking an iron supplement too, as I bruise so easily.

Well, when I remember to take them, I try to do the following:
Multi vitamin
1 oz Ningxia Red Juice (nutrititional supplement/antioxidant from Young Living)
Sulfurzyme....for immune support, carbohydrate metabolism, and liver function (2 capsules twice a day)
HRT....liquid tincture for heart support (4 drops twice a day)
I'll also soon be adding a bunch of alternative herbal supplements for adrenal support since that is likely the root of my problems.Amanda,

WHEN I remember, I take a multivitamin and vitamin E (400). I also want to take flax seed oil or cod liver oil (Lauren has it every day and loves it and I just seem to forget...)
I also used to take Kelp because I have/had so many cysts but haven't done so in a while.

I'm trying my best to remember to take my folic acid everyday. I'm hoping that we'll actually get pg sometime this year!!
I was thinking of adding evening primrose as well (isn't it supposed to boost fertility or help reproductive health?).

Now that I'm...yikes...35, I've begun taking fish-oil capsules. I've been reading about how they reduce inflammation in older skin. I'm very inflammed!
