We are hosting Easter at our home this year and will have our kids (2 1/2 yrs) plus my friends kids who are aged 5 1/2 and 7. I'd love suggestions (aside from dyeing eggs) for crafts that would keep the diverse age group entertained!

I got a "bunny house" from Target which looks like a gingerbread house. We haven't done it yet though
.
I also got these foam eggs (flat) that you can decorate with other foam shapes from Michael's. Ahem, haven't done those yet either...

Print pics of bunnies and let them color them and add a cottonball tail!
Cut paper in the shape of eggs and let them color them or do sequins or glitter or stickers etc.
Make cupcakes and let them ice them and then add green dyed coconut nests with jelly beans in the middle.Kaybee

Kay, I LOVE those ideas!!! I'm so uncreative when it comes to crafts!
Verena, I saw that bunny house at Target and would love to know how it turns out for you all!
On a side note, I went to Costco today and they have "Easter cookie kits" with 10 very large cookies (two different kinds and shapes), sprinkles, icing, etc. for $7 a kit. I bought two and will bring them out on Easter Sunday for the kids to do together!:candy: :cap:

Verena (and others),
I went to Michael's last night expecting to be totally housebound for day three, though surprisingly, today is very sunny now!
Anyhow, I purchased some plain white paper bags and used them and some construction paper and we will turn them into "bunny bags" for our Easter egg hunt.
I also bought (and made) the bunny shed thing that Verena mentioned earlier and will download the photos from it later tonight. It turned out really darling and amazingly enough, it held the kids attention (go figure, candy was involved
). They did a really cute job decorating the roof and planting the "lawn"!
