Anyone heard/tried it? I read it supposed to help a lot with PCOS and balancing out hormones and cycles. I'm thinking about buying it. Can anyonw give me any insight?

I haven't had personal experience with it, but I'd double check with your doc to make sure it doesn't interfere with any meds you might be taking. Good luck!

I've heard a lot of good things about it because I also post on the Ovagraph,com boards (the same company that makes Vitex also created the Ovacue fertility monitor that I use). I am not sure if these people have PCOS or just irregular cycles. Let me know if you find out anything! I'm wondering the same thing as you are. Couldn't hurt I guess. .

I started trying it a year ago and it works wonders. Sadly I had to go off of it for 6 months due to an accident *broke my face, story for another time lol* but have started using it again (along with other new supplements and herbs) and it's working it's magic again! Worth the test!
