on CD 7...last day of Femara. Going to the RE on Thursday for my CD10 ultrasound. So nervous! Grow follies grow! Another thing sort of adding to my nervousness...we are going to Montreal next weekend, leaving Saturday and coming home Sunday - so we will be gone CD12 and 13. I'm worried that if Femara actually does work and I actually ovulate, that we will miss the opportunity to do IUI. Ack! Bad timing on our part. If it was just any old trip I would try to postpone it to another weekend, but we have tickets to a Montreal Canadiens game with 2 other friends, so there is no way my husband would skip it.

pg men't
Well, I'm more of a lurker than anything in here, but I thought I'd post. I'm currently in my 2WW. I get to test on Tuesday the 20th. I could test earlier, but after having what I believe was a chemical pregnancy last month I've told myself I'm not testing until the day after my period is due. Also the 20th happens to be my 31st B-Day so hopefully I get a really good present of a positive HPT. I just wanted to wish everyone luck in here, I know how hard it is to conceive with PCOS and we need all the good wishes we can get.
Michelle

Hey all!
I have been lurking mostly, but figured I should post too! I am 4DPO and it was an early O with Soy and Avandamet this month, CD11. I get to test on the 25th and really feel weird so I pray this is it & then I can come up with some clever way to tell my DH, before he leaves for his business trip! Oh well wishful thinking! ***I have a quick question, I have a prescription for progesterone (I typically had low or borderline progesterone on all my "medicated & non medicated" cycles, so I started taking it 3 dpo, do you all think this is a bad idea? Or not a big issue, I guess I figured it could be two fold, help it stick and if not bring on AF! Any ideas??? Thanks, Jessica R. |

so I guess the Femara didn't work...CD10, 12 follies on each side, biggest 0.7. Ugh. I go in again on Monday (CD 14) but I'm sure there won't be enough of a change. So on to injectibles next month. Sigh.

m/c ment.
I am also more of a lurker than a poster, although I do drop by here sometimes.
AshRS-sorry this cycle didn't work out. ![]() SCJ-When did you dr tell you to start the progesterone? Michelle-Only 5 more days!!! I was dx PCOS in '06, but just got put on Met today. RE hopes it will help me ovulate on time and prevent m/c. (I recently miscarried at 12w4d.) She did say we can start our Follstim cycle after my 2nd AF. Never thought I would want AF to arrive. She also gave me Provera to start on day 21 instead of waiting until day 35 like we usually do. I am also hoping to lose some weight before we cycle again, but am having a hard time "just saying no".

michellerayne - The wait is almost over! I hope you get a very POSITIVE birthday surprise!! ![]() Jessica - I never had to use progesterone so am of no help in that area. An early O is such a good thing for us with PCOS. I think the earliest I ever O'ed even on medication was CD 18. Hoping the 25th brings great news!! smiles06 - Very sorry about your recent loss {{hugs}}. I know how difficult it is to lose weight and with the stress of going through IF it becomes even more difficult. I think it is great your Dr. put you on Metformin. Keep us updated!! hello everyone, just wanted to give an update. i know its been a while, i have been busy with work. I just wanted to let you all know that AF only came last month and nothing this month. I just hope it comes again, that way at least i have one. But not stressing about it. We are still TTC but it is a long process. I am still continuing on not taking any medication just vitamins and eating right.

Hey Melpart!! Glad you are still around. Sorry that AF only came on its own that one time! You are so good if you aren't stressing about it though. I stressed over everything when ttc! Hopefully AF will be back on a regular schedule for you soon.
