I have my "check up" appt today... I leave my office at the latest, 1pm. Not sure what will happen or be done.. besides bloodwork. I guess time will tell!!

This week is going to be crazy for me. I have to work extra hours at different facilities for my job and AF is still here. I wish everyone the best of luck this week in everything you do.

Just started Provera yesterday...and so begins another cycle!

Hi all

I am back and forth! I had my endo appt. He thinks its PCOS (big surprise there) but did loads of bloodwork and started me on a new med, he swears will make me ovulate. I am on Avandamet which contains 500mg met and 2mg of Avandia. I take it 2x a day. So far not a **** thing, not GI upset no AF. I even started Prometrium 200mgs a day and still no AF! My last cycle was August 13th. I am so pissy, I feel stuck in limbo and we have been trying for #2 for over a year with treatments. Grrr....

I'm still here, although it's sporadic. Things are busy here with work and grad school but the good news is I will be graduating in December...finally! DH and I are starting to have more conversations about TTC, probably some time next year, but we haven't made a definite decision yet. I'm nervous, given my history and what happened last time, so if we decide to move foward, I'll be having lots of talks with my RE and OB/GYN ahead of time.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Which one is the new med that he put you on? The Avandamet? I haven't heard of that before. Gonna have to look that one up. I know how you feel about the time it is taking. It took us over 2 years as well. I hope you start to feel better soon
