5/28 Update ((PG'MENT))

Reading the forums here, and learning what I can about the medications I took, and about TTC, charting, temping, everything....helped me through this.

After being diagnosed with PCOS this year, and struggling for 3 years just to get pregnant (and the miscarriage...)....I am in complete and utter shock.

I took a test at 10 dpo and it looked to be a faint positive. I didn't want to believe it, because it was really really faint, and my colorblind husband didn't see it.
I took one again two days later, at 12dpo.
It was positive.
He saw it.

I went to the doc the same day, because it was the end of my cycle, the end of my Clomid 50mg round...and I drew blood for progesterone and for hcg levels, and Friday morning I go back to take more blood for hcg levels.
I will know if it's doubling correctly and the exact levels next week.

However, I had one test left, one I wanted to save so I can actually see the **** words and can comprehend it better...
It said "Pregnant".

I'm in such a state of shock, I don't know if I can believe it.

I know what it says...I know it'd only say that if I was, in fact, pregnant.
It's just such a shock.
Three years?
Miscarriage?
PCOS?
One round of Clomid and Provera?
How in the hell?

But it happened.

I wanted to thank you ladies for the help and guidance, even though I mostly read posts.

I wish everyone luck.

Thank you!

pg'ment

YAY !!! Congrats !!!!

I found myself asking " what the hell " ? A few weeks ago .
We had been ttc for nearly 13 years . I quit taking everything and gave up .
Then was told in the ER I was pg . I'm almost 10 weeks now . 9w6d today .
Every morning I wake up I run in to look at U/S pics , cuz I cant believe it .
I usually think I dreamed it up . But nope , There's my U/S pictures lol
Now if I could just deal with being paranoid . ( yeah right )
Sometimes I don't even feel pregnant . If it wasn't for those pics ...
I still wouldn't think it's true . But so far so good for me !!!

I'm so happy for you . GOOD LUCK . hoping you a happy healthy 9 months .

Michele

Thank you

I know what you mean....I don't even feel pregnant like I did with the other two pregnancies (last one ended in miscarriage). It's strange.

I thought 3 years was bad enough...I don't know what I'd do if I went 13 years. Wow.
