Anyone with non-typical PCO?

Hello!
My name is Colleen (always feel like I'm in AA when I start with that ) - I've been ttc for almost 4 years.
I was diagnosed with pco(s?) after going 4 months without AF after a chemical pregnancy. Other than the cystic ovaries tho, I'm completely normal - no IR, no hirsuitism, I'm pretty thin. Testosterone is normal.
I wanted to see if anyone else out there is like this - and what their experiences were like...
We're planning on starting IVF in a few months, but in the meantime, we're gonna try "au naturel" for the first time since my chemical pregnancy. I'd love to hear stories of how people did when they tried this, and what, if anything worked for them.
So far, for the last 3 months, I've gotten my period on my own! the cycles are a bit irregular, but they're pretty normal besides that. I have a hard time trying to determine when I'm gonna ovulate, which makes things difficult for timing. I'm hesitant to start doing BBT and OPK's, because I tend to because a little bit obsessive
Hope to hear from some of you!
Colleen

Thanks for your reply!
Have you tried any TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) yet? I'm just now starting it - have done 2 acupuncture treatments, and am doing another on Friday. I'm loving it - and have a friend who has had some good success with it lowering her FSH.
Are you on BCP to control the cysts as much as possible before starting your IVF? Do your ovaries get painful?
Thanks again! Good to know I'm not alone!

child mentioned

I am also a-typical PCO. My only symptom was irregular cycles. I've always been thin, no excess hair, I am not insulin resistant, etc. We have recently be blessed with our dd from our third IVF cycle. We started out with the clomid, then injectibles with IUI and 3 IVFs, but we finally got our miracle. Hopefully it won't be so difficult for you since you've had a chemical and obviously ovulated on your own. I don't know that I've ever ovulated without medical assistance. I did do acupuncture with my second IVF, but did not have success with that cycle. My third and successful cycle I did not do acupuncture. Good luck to you!
