Hey guys,

I have a question for you, The other morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and discovered what I thought to be egg white CM but me and DH didn't get a chance to get busy until like 16 hours later that night. Does anyone know the rules and stuff for how long you have to BD and stuff like that. Can you have Egg white CM any other time of the month? It only stretched like and inch. The reason I ask is because I am on like CD 40 or 50 something but I always have really irregular periods and the last one I had I was on clomid which doesn't show me to ovulate but due to some cycles I have charted I think it makes me do it later. What do you all think? Any one have any helpful information? Hope everyone is well.

Well, with PCOS it IS possible to have EWCM at various times throughout the month even when you are not ovulating. It is the hormones that cause this and with PCOS, hormone levels are out of whack!

It is extremely frustrating! BTW, as you can see, I didn't O until CD50 this month and I am seriously hoping that date sticks this time!

I just don't know I guess, I usually don't even notice my CM because I could just not ever figure it out so when I woke up that morning after having some pretty steamy dreams and noticed the EW CM I just figured it might be worth a shot. Talk to you later!
