Clomid and long cycle

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can give me some insight. This is my 3rd ovulatory cycle of Clomid. I'm currently on cycle day 33 and still no AF. I've been very crampy the past week. All home pregnancy tests have come back negative-but I've never had this long of a cycle on Clomid. I did have a small cyst during this last round (I had gone off for a few months until the cyst got smaller) and am wondering if maybe this cycle stimulated that instead? Or could I have ovulated really late? I did have a Day 21 Progesterone Test that indicated I ovulated-but could I have been doing so right at that time? I'm pretty new to all this and not sure what to think. My RE didn't seem very concerned and said my painful cramps are a good sign that the Clomid is working. But I don't think he plans on following up with the cyst either.....he just said if I'm definitely not pregnant and get AF our next step is IUI. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same situation...took 100mg of clomid, currently on cd 34, no AF, but hpt coming up negative. I've got the same crampy feeling you've got and for extra fun I have a dull headache, this has been going on for 4 days now. According to ovulation tests I ovulated on cd 17 or 18. I'm wondering if you ovulated later in your cycle it may be too soon to do a preg test. That's what I'm thinking is going on with me. Sorry I wasn't much help, just wanted to let you know you're not a lone. Let me know what happens.

Well unfortunately AF has arrived today with a vengeance. I'm now going onto IUI for this cycle...wish me luck-I'll need it. Hopefully things work out better for you.
