Question Closed Cervix? Info Please!!

Hi, i'm sorta new to this site and i just found out a month ago that i have pcos. I am 24 and My dh and i have a 22 month yr old daughter and have been trying for #2 for 9 months now, last month i finally went to a new doctor and explained that i didnt think i was ovulating and how my periods were sometime 45 days long. After bloodwork he came back with pcos and gave me clomid, 100mg to take, which i took and we tried and i didnt get pregnant , saturday is day 28 so i'm awaited my period, so we can try again...
Today i went to the dr. for a endometrial biopsy to tell where i really am in my cycle and he couldnt get one b/c he said my CERVIX was closed,he tried and tried...but no luck....and omigosh did it hurt sooooo bad i almost passed out...

Has anyone had there cervis be "closed" and is it a big deal or why does it do that? should i be concerned? will this have anything to do with not getting pregnant? im very confused and nervous...

ty for reading
Livi

I have never heard of a cervix being closed (except in pg). I know when I had my IUIs I had cycles were the catheter went in easier than at other times. I know when I had my endo biopsy I had to have it done at a certain time of the month (it was the second week of my cycle when I "should" have ovulated). Maybe that had something to do with it? I know.. not much help. Sorry. Let us know what you find out.
