Loans for parents of disabled children...

We have been looking into buying a new home. While talking to a loan officer, she referred me to another home loan company that also does loans for those who are disabled or who have children that are disabled.

Both of our girls are visually impaired. And, of course we have all the documentation that proves it and the doctor's letters, etc....

But, before this week, we knew nothing about these types of loans! (and the new house will be our third home) They give you a better interest rate, and there are other perks as well.

So, if you are in the market for buying a home...ask your loan officer about this first. Also, there are only certain companies that offer this type of serivce. They have to be certified or something like that.

I hope this is useful for someone here!
