Hey Mattie- Have you tried giving your dd a spoon of her own to hold while your dh is feeding her? That way she might feel in control and independent, and quiet (!) while your feeds her.

That's great about ds Volleyballer--sometimes its like playing detective. Then once you get one mystery solved another one hits.....
Mattie--it sounds like she is hungry and impatient. I would give her her own spoon too. Typically, most twin mom's/dad's (my dh is also a sahd!) feed together alternating bites....but if your other one is more patient/laid back, might try letting miss impatient eat first and then perhaps feed the other in peace??
