    What did you do?

I have a question for those who have done treatments, conceived, and then ttc again...
The second time around, did you skip ahead procedures straight to what helped the first time, or did you start from the beginning again? Was that confusing?? What I'm trying to ask about is...Dh and I ttc for several years, started with clomid and eventually added IUI. We are ttc now and am just starting to seek IF help again. Just wondering if they'll start us at IUI or want us to start with clomid again first??
Any help or info that you might have would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!

I have not gone back to treatment yet, but when we do (we still have frozen embryos) I will go straight to what worked. I can't imagine they would start you with something that was unsucessful in the past. Good Luck!

We started right at the beginning....it only took us one month of ttc to conceive our dd. If we had had troubles ttc, we had alredy decided that we wouldn't go to the extent we did to conceive the boys...clomid, inj, and IUI.

First pregnancy took only two cycles, both natural (but with HCG for timing). Second pregnancy took 6 cycles and nine months (blighted ovum tripped me up for three months). I ended up going from natural, to clomid, to injectibles while ttc #2. When we went to ttc#3 my RE let me start right off with injectibles. I don't think your RE should make you start at the beginning again, you should start with what worked!

we started with what worked. it took 3 clomid cycles followed by 3 cycles of injectibles(6-7 mo) to get pg w/dd, then when i went back we just did injectibles and i got pg w/the twins the first cycle.

i am sure that you have a say in it.... good luck w/your decisions.
