To the mom of "the bully"

I just wanted to apologize to you again and thank you for sharing your perspective many months ago when I posted about a boy hitting John at school. I have been having some experiences with John on the other foot lately - seems like alot of kids are hitting each other in school lately and John is doing it too in addition to other behavior problems (see my blog if interested)- so I can empathise with the other side of the story. It is no fun on either side. We are working very hard too at behavior modification and I hope it is or will pay off. Luckily we have alot of support from his teacher. Anyway, to the mom of "the bully" a hug (((hug))) to you.

FCM - Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry you now have the shoe on the other foot. This parenting thing is so hard. I keep trying to remind myself that this is probably a phase, like teething, like tantrums, like nearly everything else we've gone through, and it'll pass. But boy when you're in the thick of it, doesn't it stink?
