Besides rest.. need some new strategies - Advil isn't quite cutting it..
Has anyone tried Amygdala retraining?
I really want to keep exercising - and I find myself fighting to get up the driveway, much less walk my whole hour.. I want to make it to my class this weekend - but don't know if I can work through the pain..
Any suggestions?

I am sorry your dealing with this. I never had much pain when I was dealing with my illness. I can't believe that your doctor can't help you with this.
I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Jennifer - The docs wants to only treat the symptoms - and I am not into taking the drugs offered (to me the side effects are worse than the actual disease)
