About LinkBacksI know I have shared how great my parents are about Lily. And it hurts me that other families aren't so wonderful.
This year my parents went all by themselves to the cemetery on Christmas Eve when it was blizzard temps and we had tons of wind, sleet and snow (at least tons for TX) so she'd have her flowers on Christmas Eve. Billy and I had decided we'd go on Christmas Day when it was warmer, but my mom just couldn't stand little Lily not having her Christmas decorations. The cat was left by another little boy's parents who has left something on EVERY baby's grave for the last two years.
My mom has always done stockings for the grandkids...since my nephew who is 12 was born. Well, she has never hung them before. Just kept them in the closet filled until it was time to pass them out. This year she hung them and she even hung one for Lily. As soon as I saw it I teared up. Of course, I hang a stocking for Lily at home, but it really surprised me that my mom and dad did too!

I've always admired the way your parents make sure that Lily is not forgotten. I love that they even have a picture in the stocking holder in honor of her.

My mom debated whether to use an angel or a piglet! Next year they can put Lily's picture in there, but they didn't have one printed that would fit the frame. I'll have to print them one.
