Got some news yesterday...
pg ment

I was late for AF (has happened before) and decided I wanted to drink so I peed on a stick and it came up POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have taken 4 pgcy tests, 3 regular and one digital and all positive. I am shocked beyond belief. I have to go to the doctor and am hoping to get in tomorrow. I want to make sure it is not a tubal since I had one and dh is worried that it is. I don't feel like it is. I feel excited. I just want to be happy!!!!!! I want to enjoy this. Dh is really concerned and won't let himself be happy. He said he loves me and doesn't want me to get hurt. I get that but if I don't celebrate now and things go south, then I missed out on this time to celebrate, right?

I really believe this is a miracle. I also believe God has a sense of humor since dh is losing his job tomorrow and I had just decided that I wanted to go back to work. Please keep me in your prayers as I visit the dr this week. (I hope he is compassionate and just does the tests I want him to do...progesterone and u/s to see a sac in the uterus)

I didn't know if I needed to put a disclaimer in for this so if I do, let me know and I'll edit it.

That's all that matters. Today those tests are positive and that's the best news ever!

I am sorry to hear that dh has lost his job. I know, too, that getting pregnant is only the first step in a long journey, but I will be praying daily for you and this little miracle and for your whole family.

while I'm very sorry that dh lost his job and I'm sure he's feeling all kinds of mixed emotions about that and your pregnancy... don't let it get to you. Men are just that way sometimes. Right now, at this moment you are pregnant and another job will come along. We are super excited for you and we will all be holding your hand as you wait for Thursday to come!!!
