Well so much for us doing something today to celebrate Max's 5 months 5 days day. That snow storm did a number on us and the fact that it isn't going to get above freezing today and then 6 inches or so of snow on the minivan is preventing us from going out.
It seems that most of our big days involve snow though so this shouldn't be that surprising. DH and I got married during a "nor'easter" and it snowed 27 inches on our wedding day. Today we are not getting snow but they said that yesterday that was a "nor'easter" though it didn't have 27 inches (more like 10 or less here). So maybe we will just celebrate big days in the snow.![]()

So it looks like next time we give advice on what to do on a special day we need to think snow?
Sorry the day didn't turn out like you hoped, but happy 5 months and 5 days day to M just the same.
