    Snow Day

Owen is over the moon. I don't even know how many inches we got last night but it's a LOT.

This was the day of his Holiday concert and party at school, but I'm kind of glad it was cancelled. It was getting super chaotic scheduling wise between the neighborhood moms for various reasons. Not to mention Owen has had a substitute all week and we no information what so ever about the classroom party.

Also the gift for Owen's teacher wasn't working out. I was making a mixed holiday cd (all songs picked by Owen). I've burned 2 copies of this for other people and last night at 1am went to burn the teacher copy and it wouldn't work.

So we're home all day and for the next 2 weeks. God help me.

We had (minor) ice storms at the beginning of the week and today it's 55 degrees! My whole city looks confused! LOL! I hear we're supposed to be back to our regular cold winter weather by tomorrow though.

Soooo, any ideas how to keep him entertained for 2 weeks?
