oh for "crapping on a crutch"

Just had to borrow that expression.

I am supposed to go to my parents this weekend...330 was the goal for walking out the door and I walked out at 330 to a dead car.

Do you believe in bad omens? Someone trying to tell me not to go? Earlier today, I went to open my front door and the whole knob came off in my hand.

last night DH and I got in a huge fight.

Are these signs or just odd coincedences. My girls are so sad right now...they really wanted to go see grammy and grampy.

Anyone live close by that could give you a battery jump?

You've already used up your "3" for the weekend, you should be good to go.

Go, go, go! Call someone, anyone to come help you! And I hope you have a great weekend with your parents.

Love that expression too. It's so much more delicate than the "sh*t on a stick" that I grew up with.

Hope you get a jump start and get on the road soon.

Sorry the girls are disappointed! Did you figure something out? I would be a little skeptical taking off by myself even in a jumped car for fear it might die again. We've had to cancel our saturday plans for the third week in a row due to the flu bug from he$$
