muchas gracias ninas

pues yo ponienome como bola, come y come, de las indicaciones del dr aparte de no hacer ejercicio, me dijo no comer nada fat free ni endulzantes artificiales asi que combinado voy sube y sube, en fin ya el proximo viernes empieza lo movido

este cumpleanos me la pase muy tranquilo pero muy padre, me fui al cine matine con f mientras mi familia me preparaba mi festejo y como el clima eta extranamente muy rico nos la pasamos en el jardin con los ninos y ahi comimos unos platillos que yo escoji que no comia desde que se murio mi abuelita, entre ellos gallina adobada , y muchas cosas muy ricas, despues nos metimos a ver peliculas de`terror qus son mis favoritas y el dia paso muy bien

tambien me prohibieron el alchool asi que ni como para salir de noche. pero si me eche una copita de vino,
